Cerebellum: A grey base with gold-chartreuse-green-aqua shifting large particle shimmer. Named after the brain region responsible for coordinating movement and balance.

Application Tips: Use 2-3 coats to achieve desired finish. We recommend using a base and top coat to increase manicure longevity and add the finish you desire (glossy or matte top coat). Shake well before use.
